Santa Claus was asked to leave the MSJC Child care center last week.
According to Santa he was told by a college leader, “They do not celebrate holidays”.

Numerous presentations have been made by Instruction and Student Services commending themselves on performance to students.
After reading this article and learning that MSJC does NOT have an existing “dual admissions” agreement with Cal State San Bernardino, after 40 years of service to this community, is appalling.
There needs to be an IMMEDIATE PUSH from the Board of Trustees to see that this is accomplished and another agreement also signed with Cal State San Marcos for the same purpose.
Can’t believe it…..28 administrators doing what? “Transfer” is the big picture.

The article implies a need for additional childcare within the southwest corridor.
The district should contact/recruit from those centers with overflow enrollments for the MSJC/ECD program at the Menifee campus. This could assist in further reducing the general fund subsidy and preserve/increase student access. Why not?

Police Chief Kevin Segawa was named “Chief” in a re-organization of the department by former S/P and Human Resource VP, Jon Tyler. An open recruitment for said position was not done.
