With California budgets in such dismal condition, it is time to re-think the delivery of education among our UC’s, CSU’s and CCC’s in order to increase the college going rates, completion rates and critical thinking skills of our population. The concept of a virtual on-line degree program with transfer ability from one educational delivery system to another needs to be the future highest endeavor/priority of our California Higher Ed System.
Not doing so, may mean that California continues to spiral in it’s national performance rate. Innovative educators such as Peter Norvig & Khan of Khan Academy are on the cutting edge of educational access/delivery today’s global market.
