The P2 Apportionment Report shows Reduction in FTES of -399.11 & Funded FTES @ 10,199.31.
Actual FTES are 13,022.53 with a total of 2,823.22 UNfunded FTES.
Item “V” on report, shows adjustments to revenues in amount of $-228,695.

Five years ago, MSJC could not make “cap” and all growth was fully funded.
At P2 MSJC is 2800 FTES OVER CAP with NO State growth funding available. Highest student populations are in the southwest corridor, not the Pass. For the district to build a new campus in Banning without enrollment studies/projections and without state operating funds is backward/poor/planning.
