According to the Riverside County Clerk’s office, Item 3.67/Resolution 2010-095 was deleted from the Riverside County Board of Supervisors Agenda March 16, 2010 at the request of the department.
In response to a public record request for disclosure of documents pertaining to the placement of this item on the agenda, Riverside County Clerk indicated said request needs to be made through the Tax Assessors Office.
A public record request has been made to the Tax Assessors Office. District administration states that said resolution seeking county approval to form one or more SFID’s was NOT authorized by the District.
2007 Board Action: MSJC BOT Minutes 09/13/07/Item 2007/08-028 “Authorization to Form a SFID” m/sc Schlange/Sparkman - Motion Passed 3/2 with Trustees McGargill and Motte opposed.
The 2007 Board Action provided authority to “research criteria needed to form a SFID, in particular Area 1″ with a provision that “all information required for this process will be brought back to the Board for further information and direction.”
