Resolution 2007/08-054 - Approval of Agreement with Orrick Herrington & Sutcliff, LLP states “As part of the on-going research into the feasibility of forming a SFID in the Pass area, legal counsel is needed to assist the District in dialogue with the Riverside County Treasurer for further research as to the feasibility of forming the SFID.”
“Fees are contingent upon a successful issuance of bonds.”
