February 26th, 2010P-1, notes a reduction of -399.11 FTES from the previous year’s Base FTES of 10,598.42, lowering the Total Funded FTES to 10,199.31.
“Actual FTES” at P-1 are 12,799.98 with MSJC carrying 2,600.67 as “Unfunded FTES”.
Prior year correction, (Exhibit A) is -$2,322,226 mil and Total Basic Allocation Revenue is +$5,535,909.
The District’s Unadjusted Growth Rate is 16.87% with NO Growth Revenue available.

Five years ago, growth was fully funded and MSJC was “under cap” leaving millions of available growth dollars at the state table. Now, the district is serving +2,600 FTES without funding and the state is broke.
MSJC’s “Growth Policy” states the district will serve as many FTES as possible.
