Two truck companies say rotation system is fair/PE

“Most California cities and counties have a rotation set up with area operators so when a law enforcement agency needs a vehicle towed the business gets spread out equally.”
Blog:
According to information provided to board members, in response to a San Jacinto towing company’s inquiry letter to become part of the rotation at MSJC (December 2008), after repeated attempts to contact Segawa in this regard without response, the college responded six months later that it had NO rotation and was not required to have one.
Then a month later, an HR memo to board members stated MSJC had two tow companies on rotation. In my opinion, it appeared that MSJC was protecting Segawa concerning these issues prior to the DA involvement. The question is….why?

It is not just your “opinion”, it is fact.
The problems within the PD began with its inception. Dr. Tyler had his “vision” of how it was to be ran which was obviously not according to the guidelines set forth by the state (Refer to Chief Tommy Tunson for details).
After Dr.Tyler left the college, Irma Ramos was placed in charge of the PD and its operations. Segawa was merely a minion for her. She, since his placement as head of security operations, has been well aware of all of his malfeasance. In fact, she directed plenty of it.
Most recently she ordered the PD to arrest a college employee for an alleged action that occurred on campus. When told, by the PD, it was not possible; she demanded that they seek a resignation from the employee for the employee’s alleged actions. (Just like Tomorrow Horton and 1 other employee who asked to remain nameless) Wisely, they refused as they did not want to end up like Segawa.
Again, under the direction of Irma Ramos, the district is covering up more misconduct within the PD. A male CSO stationed at the San Jacinto campus drove a marked police car on city streets and conducted a traffic stop, on a civilian, using the overhead lights. Unfortunately this civilian was a student who decided to submit a formal complaint against the CSO. Once again an employee of the PD violates the law (impersonating a police officer, using red overhead light, etc,) and was not punished for it. This was of many times he has done this, only the first with a complaint. (Refer to current and former employees of PD)
Now you ask why would they “cover up” for Segawa. Easy answer.
They are protecting themselves from this type of factual information form being released. This is the same reason that they refused to conduct any investigation into PD employees Segawa, Medina or Myers. They were all guilty and any half cocked investigation would prove that. It would not help the college in the civil suits against it though.
Their plan – Hide from the truth and pray it just goes away….Sorry folks, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN !!!
