Banning agrees to site improvements/MSJC

“The college plans to have the fledgling campus open within 18 months, but will work hard to open sooner.”
“The college plans to place five modulars and hold up to 16 classes at the site.”

The 16 classes will generate 46 FTES which will NOT cover the expense. The 46 FTES would be better served at the San Jacinto campus or the high school.
Where is the business plan? To date, NO plan has been submitted for board review, comment, input or approval. NO application is in process for state campus approval which means NO state operational, growth or capital improvement dollars will be available.
