Deficit Spending and Future Generations/The Freeman/Ideas on Liberty
June 5th, 2009“Government Spending Always Competes with Private Spending”
“The real costs of government spending, no matter how it is financed, are experienced here and now. Regardless of where the money comes form - taxation, borrowing, or printing press - government spending always preempts other spending in the economy.”
Blog:
This is exactly why tax cuts are necessary for businesses in order to allow private enterprise more dollars to spend/expand for the purposes of job growth within the state. Sacramento has prevented the expansion of business within California by over regulation and excessive taxes which ultimately cripples the tax base necessary for government services.
Our legislators are not fiscal managers. They are spoiled children crying for more candy and more allowance. Make the cuts. It’s in the best interest of every taxpayer in the state.
