Since when do you lock down adults for some burglary off campus? Sounds like K-12 stuff.
Whn you consider that the police chief has nearly zero police experience what can you expect his guys to do. It all starts from the top. But the powers to be seem to be happy with his performance so dont waste your time complaining. This clown is untouchable!
