“Roger Schultz, who most recently served as the college’s VP of Student Services, will start as superintendent/president on Monday. Trustees approved his contract Thursday in San Jacinto. Schultz, who has been with the college since 2001, will earn $190,800 a year.”

Four of the five newly appointed administrative personnel were filled by in-house candidates. MSJC has had a history of turn-over in administration.



MSJC *has* to use in-house candidates.
They terminate people from the outside.
