Two egregious actions by majority board members Gene Kadow, Joan Sparkman and Gwen Schlange. 1) The “No Cause” dismissal of president Zacovic without notice or a full board. 2) The historic “No Confidence” vote by faculty in the ability of these trustees to govern. Send a message to the incumbents…..vote for change.
