Where will the operating funds come from for this non state approved project?
When did the board of trustees decide this?
Was this handled by administration through Board Policies 2430, 6340, and 6100 in same manner as the decision to lease a storefront in Banning as an enrollment center? (Source J. Tyler Memorandum 08/09/07)
